Mark Turner graduated from Liverpool University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1996. Since then he has gained significant clinical and managerial experience.
Mark also holds a Master’s degree from the Royal Veterinary College in patient safety culture, and has spoken at international conferences on patient safety culture and QI. He has written for the Veterinary Business Journal, and Companion Magazine, and is a member of the RCVS Knowledge’s QI Features writing team, as well as the Veterinary Patient Safety Forum.
With expertise in the fields of QI and patient safety culture, and an appreciation of contemporary veterinary care he is passionate about the aggregate benefits for businesses of QI.
